Reservation Policies


Your advance reservation is greatly appreciated. You may call Regal 24 hours per day toll-free at 800-709-3500. Reservations may be placed via FAX at 603-964-4075. Your reservationist dispatcher will ask you for correct and detailed flight information, which will enable Regal to track your incoming flight. You may also place your reservation at any time on our website. Look for the "reserve online" link at the top right corner of any page.


Payment is due in full at the time of each service. All fares, charges, gratuities, etc, may be paid by cash, check, traveler's check, Master Card, Visa, American Express, Diners Club. If paying by cash, your exact change will be greatly appreciated. Checks should be made payable to Regal Limousine Service.


A valid credit card number with adequate credit to cover all fares and charges is required to place and guarantee all reservations. One of the alternate forms of payment listed above may be rendered at the time of service.


Gratuities are not included in our trip fares. A customary chauffeur's gratuity of 18-20% of the total trip fare should be considered, based on service excellence.


If a cancellation occurs within three (3) hours of the scheduled pick up time, the full fare for that trip will be charged.


If a client fails to show at the designated location, a no-show fee equal to the trip fare, plus wait time (not to exceed one (1) hour @ the hourly rates listed under Charges,) and driver's gratuity, will be levied. In order to avoid a no-show fee, clients should not leave the designated meeting location without notifying Regal Limousine Service.

Limo | Coach: $125/hr

Wait time charges will commence 30 minutes after the posted arrival of your domestic plane, train, bus, or cruise ship. Wait time charges will commence 45 minutes after the posted arrival of your international flight. If the duration of a flight is 1.5 hours or less, wait time charges will be assessed for weather delays or missed shuttles. The hourly charge assessed will be based on vehicle types listed above. The filing of lost luggage reports or excessive delays in debarking may result in wait time charges being assessed.

Greeting Locations

Your driver and car will be waiting for you outside the terminal building at the designated Limousine Stand. Drivers for hire are not permitted inside the terminal buildings at any time and must remain with their vehicle. Your car will be curbside, at the designated Limousine Stand 15 minutes after the confirmed landing time of your flight. This will allow ample time for you to collect your luggage and locate the Limousine Stand. If you cannot locate the Limousine Stand or your vehicle, please contact Regal immediately at 1-800-709-3500.

Snow/Storm Procedures

Regal Limousine Service will make every attempt to follow a client's flight itinerary during severe weather events. If a flight is canceled due to weather concerns and Regal does not receive notice from/about the traveler within 1.5 hours after the originally scheduled pick up time, Regal will release the vehicle and driver from the pick-up location and the full trip fare, plus appropriate wait time will be levied.


If a flight is delayed due to weather, air traffic, or another mechanical issue, a car and driver will be maintained at the airport unless notified and instructed otherwise.
